Nyoungjun Moon (b. 1998) is a Korean artist based in London. Her practice explores how power is constructed and operates through fiction, superstition, belief systems, and architectural frameworks. She is particularly interested in the moments when social models and aesthetic norms become naturalized and perceived as inevitable, revealing the mechanisms through which such power structures are maintained.
Working primarily across sculpture, performance, and photography, she engages with the entangled relationships between space, the body, and form, articulated through a restrained yet condensed sculptural language. More recently, she has been developing the concept of “viscosity” to think through the affective bond between space and the artist, while expanding the notion of the “home” as a site where power is internalized and reproduced.
문녕준(1998년생)은 런던에서 활동하는 한국 작가이다. 그녀의 작업은 허구, 미신, 신념 체계, 건축적 틀을 통해 권력이 어떻게 구성되고 작동하는지를 탐구한다. 특히 사회적 모델과 미적 규범이 자연화되고 필연적인 것으로 인식되는 순간, 그러한 권력 구조가 유지되는 메커니즘을 드러내는 데 관심을 기울인다. 주로 조각, 퍼포먼스, 사진을 넘나들며 작업하는 그녀는 절제되면서도 응축된 조각 언어를 통해 공간, 신체, 형태 사이의 얽힌 관계를 탐구한다. 최근에는 공간과 작가와의 애착관계를 "점성"이라는 개념을 발전시키고 있으며, 권력이 내면화되고 재생산되는 장소로서 "집"이라는 개념을 확장하고 있다.
